Challenge
Staff records, attendance and salary runs were handled manually, while the brand had little presence online.
What we did
Built a product-led company website, a custom HR management system and a payroll system tailored to factory operations, filmed the factory floor for reels, and took over social media planning, content and posting.
Outcome
One partner across marketing and operations — a credible public brand, and a back office that runs on software instead of spreadsheets.
